  I purchased a condo through Habitat for Humanity in July. Here it is in August and I come home after work to no working water. I called the after hours emergency number and I am told (long story short) that a technician was sent out because it appeared as if Habitat owned the condo. Then I was told no one would be able to come out today and I'd have to wait until tomorrow morning to call and have someone come out. So this leaves me with two unresolved questions (1. Why wouldn't you contact the property owner before shutting off their water 2. What in the hell is the purpose of an after hours emergency number, if you can't fix an emergency?) and shows me they need better business practices
  
  Edit: I had them at one star but I always try to be fair and unbiased in my reviews. I had another issue with the company where, in a nutshell, I received a paper bill and was told I owe around $25 when in actuality I owed around $90. I talked to a couple customer service reps over there and they were, in my opinion, very rude in trying to resolve the issue and explain the $65 difference I was being told. The response I kept getting is, "It could be..." , I don't want a "could be" I want an answer why. The redeeming quality about YCUA that makes me give them 3 stars is that I ended up taking my complaint to two of their board members and talked to a higher up in accounting who kindly went over my charges and clarified the situation. I hope to continue having more positive experience but I think they should really evaluate the training of their customer service reps because my initial interactions with them were not positive but my follow up to higher up people were.
