    Have been going here for years and gave them multiple chances to improve. When I needed my clothes finished most they were either not clean or not done by the time promised, wasting my time and money. I brought clothes on a Tuesday which was the week of Easter and was assured they would be ready on Saturday by 3pm. This was only 5 items. I arrived well after time and they werent even close to being done. This was one of multiple times I needed the clothes for important business trips or photoshoots and weddings. They have lost me as a customer. I was highly dissapointed when her reaction was. I didnt send it out to be rushed I forgot to do it. I was forgiving but not wasting anymore money here.
