  What a shame... Takes 10 minutes to get an order when there are two people in line, and they've been out of basic stuff as early as 6:45am. I've tried three times to visit and not once have I been able to get what I ordered. I can understand being out of bagels by 2:00pm, or even lunch time, but how are you out of bagels or breakfast sausage at 6:45am??? The employees today were trying their best, but unfortunately it wasn't enough.
  
  To Management, if you only want to staff three employees, just keep doing what you're doing, never have basic food items in stock, and I'm sure enough people will stop going so that 3 employees will be more than enough!

  Very disappointed I came a week ago and the drive thru was not in operation. There was a hand written sign on the window. That’s understandable I guess not really. But today I stopped order one sandwich waited for 15 min, granted was kinda busy it’s the morning. However my sandwich was horrible! The egg tasted like chemicals!! Omg was horrible. The bagel was tough as rubber was so hard to bite. The drive thru guy has very little social skills doesn’t greet me doesn’t say goodbye when I said goodbye says OK.
