  This school sucks. It is an unsafe learning environment that you do not even learn in. There is a fight almost every other day and sometimes 2 or 3 on the same day. Students even cheer the fighters on. The teachers don't do any real work. They pull questions from the textbooks to give us and when they give us our study guide, they give us the answers as well to help us "study". Then when they hand us our tests, the tests include questions that we did not learn anything about. One of our techies even gives us math warmups that we have never done before to help us "strengthen our brains" (or whatever) and if we get them wrong, we get a bad grade on those. I even have an algebra 2 teacher who has never taught algebra 2 before. She learns the material the day before she has to teach it to us. There have been multiple times when she taught us something wrong and the next day, she would rush through reteaching it so that she would have enough time to get through the days notes. Then we would have to rush through notes barely understanding a thing and BAM, a long worksheet that we have no idea how to complete. Next subject. My art teacher (whom I think is amazing) was in an accident (God be with her) and she has been out most of the school year. We have a substitute art teacher who does not know how to teach art and gives us random projects to complete. The big problem is that if your not that good at art, no matter how hard you work on your art, you fail. He does not grade based on effort (the grade should be based off of effort+ end result) he just grades the project on if it looks as well as he thinks it should. All in all, this school sucks, do not send your child here. They will never make it to college and if they do, they will never make it though college. The academics are not good and the school needs to hire better staff. I am genuinely afraid that I will not be able to pass my exams and graduate from here.
